How to find perks on PerkRadar

PerkRadar collects free credits, startup programs and promo codes for AI and developer tools in one directory. This guide shows how to search and filter it, find promo codes, keep track of what you have claimed and tell us when a code stops working.

What you need before you start

  • Nothing, to browse. The directory and most perks are visible without an account.
  • A free PerkRadar account, to save perks, mark them claimed and report codes.
  • PerkRadar Premium, if you want premium codes and claim links. The founding price is $5 a month.
  • A rough idea of what you need, such as cloud hosting, AI APIs or founder tools.

Search and filter the directory

  1. Open the deals directory at /deals/.
  2. Type a tool name or a need into the search box, for example 'GPU', 'Postgres' or the name of a provider.
  3. Pick a category, such as AI and machine learning, Cloud and hosting, Developer tools or Finance, HR and founder tools.
  4. Narrow by type: Credits, Discount, Free access, Free tier or Event access, for example.
  5. Turn on 'Free on PerkRadar' to see only perks whose code and claim link are visible with a free account.
  6. Open any perk to see its offer page, with what it gives, who it is for and how to claim it.
  7. To start over, clear the search box and switch the category back to all offers.

Use the Event access type to find hackathons that give credits to participants.

Find promo codes

  1. Go to /deals/?codes=1 to see only perks that come with a promo code.
  2. Combine it with search or a category to find codes for a specific tool.
  3. Open the offer page and read the terms before using a code. Many codes are for new accounts or specific plans only.
  4. Check the offer page for recent 'didn't work' reports from members before you rely on a code.

Save perks and mark them claimed

  1. Sign in to your PerkRadar account.
  2. On any offer page, click 'Save to claim' to keep it on your list for later.
  3. After you redeem the perk with the provider, click 'Mark claimed'. If you clicked it by mistake, use Undo.
  4. Open your account page to see your saved and claimed perks in one place.
  5. Visit the Recently claimed page at /claimed/ to see what other members are claiming now and which codes they have reported as not working. No names or emails are shown.

Unlock premium codes

Some perks are marked as premium. Their codes and claim links are visible to PerkRadar Premium members. Premium has a founding price of $5 a month, which founding members keep while they stay subscribed. You can browse all premium perks before deciding; only the code and claim link are hidden.

  1. Open /premium/ to see the current price and what is included.
  2. Subscribe from that page while signed in.
  3. Return to any premium offer page to see its code and claim link.

Report a code that didn't work

  1. Sign in and open the offer page for the code.
  2. Click 'Code didn't work? Report it'.
  3. Optionally add a short note, such as 'Code expired' or 'Only works on annual plans'.
  4. Click 'Report code'. You can undo your report if you made a mistake.

Codes often work for some accounts and not others. A single report does not mean a code is dead, so read the notes before skipping it.

A simple routine that works

Perks are most useful when you claim them just before you need them, because credits and free months usually start counting down the moment you redeem. A light routine keeps you from missing good offers without wasting them.

  1. Once a week or so, open /deals/ and sort through anything new in the categories you care about.
  2. Save anything relevant with 'Save to claim', even if you are not ready to use it yet.
  3. When you start a project that needs a tool, check your saved list first and claim the matching perk then.
  4. Mark it claimed and add the expiry date to your calendar.
  5. Glance at /claimed/ to see what other builders are using and which codes have recent problem reports.

Always read the provider's own terms before you redeem. PerkRadar summarizes offers, but the provider decides who qualifies.
