Follow these steps through Scaleway.
Access: Direct application

Submit the startup form; receive committee approval; confirm activation date and monthly allowance.

Verify that the benefit appears in the provider account or checkout before incurring charges.
Who can apply?
- Company younger than 5 years, fewer than 50 employees, not an existing Scaleway client. At least €500/month consumption; cannot later switch to Growth.
- Benefit term: 6 months.
