Register a Persona dashboard account from the startups page, then select the Startup Program cohort on the billing page

Who can apply?
- Incorporated startup or small business with a launched or near-launch product
- Persona favors companies with under $5M in funding, under 50 employees, or independently owned small businesses.
- General and Fintech cohorts.
