••••••’s startup policy provides a monthly refill for eligible messaging services after integration and qualification. The balance resets rather than accumulating; it is not a $600 upfront wallet or marketing-message allowance.
How to claim this perk
Follow these steps through MSG91 Startup Program.

Check the official policy and linked startup eligibility guide before creating an account.

Complete required verification and API integration, then apply through the startup route.

After approval, verify the selected route, monthly refill and six-month term.
Who can apply?
- New •••••• account associated with an incubator/accelerator, corporate email, HTTPS site, one domain account and required DLT registration.
- Offer becomes available only after API integration. Policy excludes hosting providers, developers, consultancies, educational institutions and event organizers.
- Monthly refill runs for six months from first credit and is restricted to the approved Transactional or SendOTP route. Marketing/promotional campaigns are excluded; program participation has no fee.
