Metoro offers qualifying young companies three free months of Kubernetes observability and a dedicated Slack channel. The platform covers logs, metrics, traces, events and profiling. AI SRE model usage is separately billed at underlying model cost; this is not a grant of free AI inference or cloud compute.

Use the provider’s startup application email instructions with company age, location, team size, clusters and node count.

After approval, confirm free platform scope and AI/overage billing before installing the collector.
Who can apply?
- Company less than three years old; submit company and Kubernetes workload details through the startup application instructions.
- Confirm approved node count, data ingestion/retention scope and three-month activation dates. These program ceilings are not fully published.
- AI SRE model costs are separate pass-through charges. Confirm any overages and subsequent discounted subscription before activation.
