Who can apply?
- New account registered after April 1, 2025, with no prior paid purchase; claim before the first purchase. Phone verification required.
- Resellers, channel partners and KA/KP accounts are excluded. Business phone, company/project website and use-case details are requested.
- Staff confirmation and approval required; coupon is valid sixty days once redeemed.
- General-purpose coupon exclusions apply; confirm eligible cloud/AI services and payment/verification requirements before provisioning.
