Who can apply?
- Early-stage startup with fewer than fifty employees. Pre-launch companies need a working prototype/MVP. No existing Fin/Intercom customer requirement.
- Fin Pack startup acceptance and Lunos’s eligibility and integration requirements apply.
- Confirm which workflows, usage and seats are included, and whether a payment method or paid transition is required.
- Most pack offers must be redeemed within sixty days of approval; the individual partner may set different conditions.
