Who can apply?
- Restricted to eligible WeChat Mini Programs and CloudBase use; not a transferable general-purpose model API balance.
- Second-phase campaign runs July 1 through December 31, 2026; resource package valid 6 months after successful application.
- New environments can receive a 6-month personal CloudBase environment; existing-environment benefits depend on their state.
