After approval, get participant tools from organizers and build during November 12–15.
Who can apply?
- Attend in person at ISM University in Vilnius; selected applicants only.
- Final application deadline October 28, 2026; no published universal participant-credit dollar amount.
- The $10,000 AWS package and winner subscriptions are competitive prizes, not guaranteed to every participant.
